Bentonite technology of active clay material

Now the enhancement of our living standard, our production technology has been improved, the emergence and use of active clay, by our public recognition and attention, active clay is mainly used in our industrial field and the use of decolorizing agent in production and manufacturing, the use of active clay bentonite, let's briefly understand:

Generally speaking, the semi-wet production process than the traditional process consumption of acid reduced by half to two-thirds (1/2 ~ 2/3), water consumption is also reduced by 1/2 ~ 2/3, less waste water, a little treatment that is no environmental pollution, low cost, in the same case, product quality than the traditional method decolorization ability 30%. Vapor-phase method is a new technology for the preparation of active white clay by rinsing and other processes, in which water, acid and soil are mixed in semi-dry granular state under high-pressure and hot vapor-phase, and semi-dry granular acidified substance is formed through intense acidification reaction between vapor-phase, liquid phase and solid phase under static state. The technology combines the advantages of the existing wet clay method, dry clay method and calcining method to produce active clay into a technical method, which has a very wide practical value and provides a new technology for the production of clay in China. This technology has the following advantages compared with the traditional wet process for the preparation of activated clay:

(1) The acid consumption and water consumption were reduced by 50%, and the production cycle was shortened by 1/2 to 1/3. (2) Light pollution and easy treatment; ③ Small footprint, high equipment utilization rate, less investment, quick effect and close connection with the existing wet process process and equipment. According to different processes, active clay can also produce aluminum sulfate, sodium silicate silicate sulfate, gypsum and so on.
